EliSomi Tours cannot guarantee a successful summit bid on a big mountain. Some mountain climbing tours may be incredibly difficult. It is your responsibility to be physically and mentally prepared for this challenge. Some individuals may not be able to complete this strenuous climb.

Most Tanzanians are remarkably honest and friendly. However, there are a small number of criminals, mostly from neighboring countries, who make their living from robbing tourists. Do not walk around the less frequented parts of the city in the night. It is safer to take a taxi or hotel bus into town rather than to walk. Keep an eye on your wallet and backpack. Money belts or passport carriers are a good idea.

Yes, tipping your safari guides is encouraged, and will be much appreciated. However, there is no specific amount, and this is not compulsory.

Yes! On arrival, you will meet the company representative who will give an overview of your activities, destination and any other relevant information about your safari.

Elisam's standard cancellation policy allows no full refunds for cancellations made less than 91 days before departure. Cancellation charges also depend on the terms provided by hotels and lodges where the booking was made. Please refer to our booking and cancellation policy
